Dear Mia,
How are you doing right now? It feels like such a long time we do not keep in touch. I hope you are in great condition. I have heard that you are undergoing a depression. Is that true? If that is true, I would like to give you some tips on how to handle the depression wisely so that you will not do the stupid things. You can do all the things that I will suggest you as to make yourself better.
First thing first, you can talk to your best friend. Let your best friend know your situation as may be he or she can lend a hand. Talk to your best friend can help you to feel better and calm. He or she can give their opinion on your situation. Discuss with your best friend on your situation such a simple way that you can do.
Next, if talk to your friend does not work, you can visit your family doctor. You must make an appointment with the doctor immediately as to prevent the thing from getting worst. This is in order to the doctor to diagnose depression on you. Thus, you may know which level of depression you are. You must not ashamed to see the doctor.
In addition, you can seek out a specialist in order to get a better treatment. When choosing a specialist, you must know which specialist is good for you. Ask your parents for their opinion on choosing the specialist. No one therapist is a miracle worker and no one treatment works for everyone. If you are not “connecting” with the psychologist or psychiatrist, ask you parents to go another place.
